TechLink processes tons of food items every year for many of the most respected brands in world including Kirkland Signature, Sargento, Johnsonville, and Diamond Foods to name a few. TechLink will require the following to process a food or non-alcoholic beverage item:

• Nutritional information based off of mandatory serving size stated in NOM051. Your TechLink project manager will confirm which one applies for your item.  For example, cookies can either be 30g, or one piece.  Mono and poly unsaturated fat values must be included
• Confirm that your company can comply with lot/exp requirements, please review basic lot/exp guide
• Percentage of any emphasized ingredients.  For example, a pepperoni pizza, we would require the percentage of pepperoni

Additional information might be requested depending on your item as cheese, ham, and chocolate to name a few have additional labeling requirements.  Mexico has become extremely strict with food items that require permits and our team will make sure that your item meets both NOM051 and additional requirements requested by Cofepris.
